Full Terms and Conditions

1. Players must be 18+ years of age to qualify
   
2. Loyalty level is classified, on a lifetime level.
3. Loads a bingo reserves the right to change a player's loyalty level at its own discretion, as well as the loyalty levels themselves.
4. Loads a bingo maintains the right to upgrade or downgrade any player from any Loyalty level on its own sole discretion.
5. Monthly loyalty benefits (monthly cashback, monthly free cards, and eligibility for the loyalty free room) are calculated at the beginning of each calendar month, with regards to the previous months' activity. Daily loyalty benefits (daily free spins and bingo tickets) are calculated based on the player’s activity during the last 30 days (together: Loyalty Benefits).
6. In the event that we have a reasonable suspicion that a user of the Service is abusing or attempting to abuse an offer or other promotion (as further described in the general terms of the site), then we may deny, withhold or withdraw from any user any offer or promotion, either temporarily or permanently, or close that user's account and terminate the User Agreement in accordance with the general terms of the site.
   
7. In order to be eligible for the Loyalty Benefits, you should be a registered player and to be classified at least as a 'Level 1'.
8. Every £1 wager equals 1 point, regardless to level.
9. If you wagered on the Site and reached at least Level 5, during a calendar month, you will receive a percentage from any of your losing bets, as real money to your account, on the following month ("Cashback").
10. Cashback will be calculated as follows: Wager - Wins.
11. The cashback rewarded will be given as Real Money.
12. The maximum cashback that you can gain is £100 (only one account of each player can receive the 'Cashback ').
13. Cashback will only be credited from £1. i.e. if you are eligible for a cashback lower than £1, no cashback will be credited.
14. Free Cards: As defined in the table above, Loads a bingo reserves the right to change the game to which free tickets will be credited to at any given time with no notice.
15. Free Spins voucher: According to your loyalty level, you are granted with 'Free Spins', as defined by table above.
16. Your winnings derived from the use of vouchers will be displayed in points. Only when the requirements above are fulfilled, the points displayed will be converted to winnings in real money. Unless otherwise stated: (i) the conversion rate shall be 100 points equals £1; and (ii) winnings from such vouchers are capped in accordance to the following:
    a. Level 1 - 1 free spin capped at £0.10.
    b. Level 2 - 5 free spins capped at £0.15.
    c. Level 3 - 6 free spins capped at £0.20.
    d. Level 4 - 7 free spins caped at £0.25.
    e. Level 5 - 8 free spins capped at £0.30.
    f. Level 6 - 10 free spins capped at £0.50.
    g. Level 7 - 11 free spins capped at £0.55.
    h. Level 8 - 12 free spins capped at £0.60.
    i. Level 9 - 13 free spins capped at £0.65.
    j. Level 10 - 14 free spins capped at £0.70.
    k. Level 11 - 15 free spins capped at £0.75.
    l. Level 12 - 20 free spins capped at £1.00.
    
17. Free Spins and Kaching Free cards will be credited daily.
    
18. Players can receive up to 15 Free Bingo Tickets to play in the daily KACHING game, credited automatically.
19. Players level 1 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the KACHING game.
20. The Kaching 90 ball game is a voucher only room and plays daily at 20:35
21. Daily Free Spins and Kaching free cards that are credited are valid until the end of each day at 23:59:59.
22. Free spins and Kaching free cards will not accumulate if you have not logged in daily. E.g. If a player is entitled to 5 days' worth of free spins but has only logged in once over the five days, they will only receive the free spins for that one day.
23. Free Spins will be credited to the promotor's Game choice.
24. The Big BANG £10K is a 90 ball voucher game and plays monthly on the 10th at 20:00, only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game.
25. Players level 2 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in The Big BANG £10K.
26. Tickets to The Big BANG £10K will be credited by the 5th of every calendar month.
27. Players level 6 and above can receive up to 60 Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club loyalty rooms as follows:
28. The Ace Club is a 75-25 ball voucher game and plays monthly on the 5th at 19:45, only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game.
29. The Ace Club Diamond is a 75-25 ball voucher game and plays monthly on the 15th at 19:45, only players that have been credited with free tickets to the room can participate in the game.
30. Tickets will be credited by the 5th of every calendar month.
31. Players level 6 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club room.
32. Players level 11 and above can receive Free Bingo Tickets to play in the Ace Club Diamond room.
33. If a player has not made a deposit during a period of 30 consecutive days he will not be entitled to receive his benefits, however his loyalty level will remain and the player will be entitled to his loyalty benefits again once a deposit has been made.
    
34. Your monthly loyalty Benefits (if any) will be awarded to you by the 7th of every month.
35. Promo is valid until Midnight and may be extended by the company sole discretion.
36. Players located in Northern Ireland cannot participate in this promotion
